Gas Dosing Unit for Turbine Testing
Aircraft Turbine Testing
Complex Sequence Control
High-precision Mass Flow Control

Wide Control Range
The system presented here is used for the control of air mass flow rates as a subsystem within turbine test rigs.
The primary function of this mass flow control unit is to supply a precisely controlled air flow to the turbine engine, with flow rates of up to 18 kg/s.
The system operates at temperatures of approximately 80 °C, with the gas mixture being dosed at pressures of around 50 bar. It is designed to meet the requirements of high control accuracy and complex sequence control typically encountered in turbine testing and prototype development.
