System Design
The system described here is a parallel reactor system with six reactors for testing catalysts for the hydrogenation of carbon dioxide (CO₂). All reactors are operated at the same pressure and flow rate, while the temperature of each individual reactor can be controlled independently. Gas hourly space velocities (GHSV) of 1000 to 50000 h⁻¹ with catalyst volumes of 5 ml can be achieved.
